He was proactive with updates - when he would do the quote, when he would arrive at my house (and he always arrived when he estimated), when the fence could be installed, etc. He goes above and beyond to prioritize customers, down to coming to my house so I didn't have to drive to Knoxville to work out the financing. And, he is patient, considering I changed my mind on a component the day of the install! However, he acted like it wasn't a big deal and accommodated the last minute requests I had. “Caleb was fantastic to work with! I reached out to Southern Fence Co after a portion of my fence was knocked down during a storm. They responded to my inquiry right away and Caleb came out for an estimate. At the time, I wasn't settled on whether I wanted a wood or vinyl fence so Caleb was running a lot of different numbers for me. He never once seemed annoyed or bothered and always got the numbers back to me quickly. Once I settled on a vinyl fence, he even got a phone call with me to address the last of my questions before we moved forward. The guys that actually put the fence up worked their tails off. They had my old fence hauled off and the new one put up in a single day. There was a hiccup with the manufacturer not providing everything needed to hang the door, but they communicated with me and were out as soon as the parts came in to remedy it. Caleb was up front with me and let me know that the gate may need to be rehung once the posts settled. True to his word, I reached out when this happened and their guys came out within a reasonable time to rehang the gate. I have a senior pup and the new vinyl fence has given him the privacy to feel confident running around the yard again. I couldn't recommend them enough!”
